Processing & Production Times

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Pre-order and custom items require approximately 3–4 weeks for production and fulfillment before shipment.
Processing and production times do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit times.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Delivery Time

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Klarkes Kouture is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions
Carrier delays
Holidays
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Circumstances beyond our control

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Klarkes Kouture is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Klarkes Kouture is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Order Updates

Customers will receive updates when:

An order is confirmed
An order has shipped
Significant production or shipping delays occur

To allow our team to focus on production, we kindly ask customers to wait until the estimated processing timeframe has passed before requesting order updates.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve and purchase an item before it is produced or stocked. This process helps us provide limited-edition and custom apparel while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order.
Orders will not be processed or added to production until payment has been received in full.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Failure to complete payment may result in your order being canceled.

Production & Shipping Timeline

Pre-order items require approximately 3–4 weeks for production and fulfillment.
Production time begins after payment has been successfully received.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or the contact information provided at checkout.
Shipping transit times are separate from production times and may vary by carrier.

Order Updates

We understand you're excited to receive your order! To ensure we can focus on production, we kindly ask that customers allow the full 3–4 week turnaround time before requesting a status update.
Major production updates or delays will be communicated through email, text message, social media, or our website.
Customers are welcome to contact us regarding their order after the estimated turnaround window has passed.

Ordering Multiple Items

If your order includes both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, all items may be shipped together once the pre-order item is complete. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

All pre-order sales are final.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges will not be accepted once an order has been placed.
Please review all sizing, colors, shipping information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to material shortages, production volume, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
